We have a number of mailboxes where we have a requirement to forward copies from specific addressees to a centralised mailbox. Specifically incoming customer mail would be redirected for appropriate distribution. Without forwarding everything at exchange level, or creating individual mailbox...
assuming the user allows a reasonable time before retrying, why else would they not reconnect to the old session? This only affects some and not all users on a clients network.
any ideas?
