    Yep nothing - I think I may just run the upgrade to 98 and see how this goes - if that does not fix it I will have to start from Scratch. Any issues on upgrading straight from 95 to 98?

    No it does not let me move or copy any files, it wont cut and paste in word either. The OE account can recieve mail in and I can view it but I cannot generate a new mail or reply to one - it is all very strange

    I will try that but there is also the cut and paste problem as well as Outlook Express not creating new mails - I have re-installed it but to no avail

    After a re-install of windows 95 the icons on the desktop cannot be moved and I cannot cut and paste anything also I cannot create a new mail message in Outlook Express. Anyone any ideas?
