I'm not too good in VB, but each workstation can be identified by its name (which is usually static), which gets passed on to the Citrix Server.
Each session however will receive a new ID or identifier for the duration of the session ?
So, it depends on what you need to do.

Might be an obvious questions, but have you run the ODBC Application compatibilty script ? I had a student who had a similar problem, which was fixed after running the script.
Might be worth a try.
