Resolved - Added a port to port mapping in WinRoute to ensure that protocol 50 is mapped through toe the laptop's private IP address. Weird that this should be required for one VPN profile yet not another.

Fixed it- I created a port to port mapping through WinRoute for protocol 50 to the remote laptop's private IP address. Weird that this should be required for one VPN profile but not for the other.
