How about using the DLast() function?<br><br>In your form, set the Default Value for the field you want automatically filled in to<br>=DLast("Field#1","YourTableName")<br>- nightrider

Re-number a list
Several options but easiest maybe to create an additional field new proirity. Contine to use priority as your sort but when it is time to reorder then change those numbers resort on the new prority and renumber based on the the new sort- nightrider
