Hi All, I implemented a scheduled backup job and configured the alert to print a report on completion of backup. However, after completing the backup successfully no report was printed. The computer and printer were both on. Does anyone know where I may have gone wrong? thanks in advance Jamie

thats the strange thing, there is no mention of the job or any errors at all in any way in arcserve log or event viewer with full logging capabilities turned on.
