The phone has the GK address specified but still doesn't register. I have printed my old IP phone which is working and notice it is App Ver. R4H Boot Ver. R4B but that phone is the old 42x01 version. I could only find R3B available for download for my version...

Thanks fouesnant - that worked :-) Now I can see the phone is configured for MX-One. The system it is connected to is BC12 SP8 - could that be the cause of the failure to log on?

Further to my previous post re phone not logging on, does anyone know the web server password for the Aastra 4422? I have tried Ericsson & Welcome but neither work, nor does the PIN for the IP extn, I suppose because it can't log in.
