Thanks! That was it. They are actually on opposite corners to each other. I took 1/2 the printer apart before I realized where it really went. Thanks again!!- ciscoe

Initially, the print quality was an issue. A new maint kit was installed. We had to replace the side rails for the maint tray. In the course of troubleshooting, this piece was found in the tray. BTW, I have to replace the tray as well. One of the lift tabs is broken. I've looked at the various...- ciscoe

Phaser 850 DX white 'guide' found in maint tray
We found a white guide in the maintenance tray. It doesn't look broken or damaged. It appears to snap over a very small rod to protect a roller or sensor. When resting on a surface, it is flat on the right(9/16"x5/16"). This side is also where it snaps over the rod. There is a rounded 'shield'...- ciscoe
