    You may want to change the class of service to increase the message time for that mailbox. The voice mail will not reject a outside caller but will not deliver the message to the mailbox until there is room in the mailbox for the message.

    032 not releasing trunk

    Ask the phone company to program COD(cut off on disconnect)on the lines. When the remote end drops the call the local telephone office switch will then drop the call towards the switch.
