Hi John,
It is a Mermail and if I put my escalation cell as my second target DN it is going to get called right away if the first target is unanswered. The ideal situation for me would be the first target DN is called and if it goes unanswered for an hour the next call is to another cell phone...
I have remote notification set-up to call an on call cell
phone for our help desk. Is there any way of having the Mermail call a second cell phone if the first remote notification schedule's attempts were exhausted. A type of escalation that we had on our old system.
Thanks,
Terry
Thanks mikeet I changed to MANO yes and it worked. I feel pretty stupid as I knew this was supposed to be yes.
Sorry for bothering everyone and thanks for responding.
Tried 4321## and it didn't work seems like not enough digits as it is dead air after entering. I checked some other threads and admin## 4321## was suggested. This didn't
work either.
Hi Janchundia,
Once prompted with "Please enter your password followed by number sign" I entered 4321# and all I hear is silence, like waiting for more digits. So if I enter a few more digits and another # sign I get "login incorrect please try again" recording.
Thanks

Thanks Techman, Your instructions helped alot as I was able to determine I had an old card that worked on password 4321

For my first ever post this...
I have an old Miran card with key codes and I want to intall
