    I have a user who is running xp with office 2007. In Outlook he lost most of ht Alt shortcut key options. (ie. alt r for open and reply). Has anone seen this?

    I am having the same problem that jatkinson is having. Had a hard drive go bad and when I reinstalled the software everything was fine until I installed Roxio(machine had a CD burner in it). Then all the mapped drives had red X's. I uninstall Roxio and the red X's go away. Today I upgrade...

    Computer continually restarts when connected to network.

    Computer is running W2K. When you power on the computer, it will get to the 'Applying Security Policy' window and then a black screen and reboots. It will do this until you disconnect the network cable, then it will load correctly. Any Ideas?
