    Windows Media Player (mplayer2.exe)

I am unable to get Windows Media Player content that uses the embedded WMP (6.4 or mplayer2.exe). If I bring up a stream under IE, I get some of the Media Player buttons grayed out and no sound. If I bring up a stream under Mozilla Firefox, I get a message indicated the plug-in executed...

I have used the following command successfully; ip nat inside source static esp 10.x.x.x interface ethernet 1 Now, what if I want more than one VPN client running from inside? (Do not want to specify 10.x.x.x?). Do I use 0.0.0.0 notation?

IPSEC, isakmp through Cisco 3620 w/Firewall Feature Set

I had used that before - but I was filtering - which was the problem. Thanks! I would like to re-enable my filter, I suspect I need to allow IP from my VPN service provider huh? Ports 500?

    Discovery using seed file

I would implement a discovery filter to limit what is discovered. Your message may be from your netmon.lrf file. Did you hit return after the PAUSE keyword. That whole line should be one line with no returns in it.

    OpenView VS Competitors

I am certified in both Openview and BMC Patrol. I know folks that know CA and Tivoli. I can tell you one thing for sure from my experience; If you don't implement the processes (philosophy, process, procedures) with these tools, they will all fail miserably to deliver expected results. HP has...

Filtering, Discovery and Naming Options... beyond the manual.

If you want to limit NNM discovery by host names (DNS, Hosts), the best way is to put the fully qualified DNS name into a file, then use a filter set reference to that file. For example; Sets { Servers2bMgd "" { /filtersets/servers.fs } // File name and extension can be...

    3620 Routing works, DNS doesn't

Problem has advanced - although not resolved - yet... If I turn routing off (no ip routing), and set a default-gateway to the ISP router, everything works. So how would I route between VLANs on other interfaces... Your assumptions about the network/subnet information is correct. 64.0.0.0...

Will change the ip classless and try. I have tried it and it didn't help... But your point is well taken.

    3620 Routing works, DNS doesn't

Yes. The name-server, domain-lookup and classless are in the configuration as well. I only included interface configuration. The router does something else pretty peculiar.. If I type in pp and hit enter, it reloads...???
