I had a similar problem with getting a BDC to join a 2000 domain - I used SRVMGR in Windows 2000 as suggested in the following webpage http://www.windows2000faq.com/Articles/Index.cfm?ArticleID=13404 maybe this will be help to you srvmgr is located in systemroot\system32- jrstarling

Raptor 6.50 Firewall

Fatal Error 0E 0028: in VXD winachsf
We are getting Fatal Error 0E 0028: xxxxxxxx in VXD winachsf (01) + xxxxxxxx on two Gateway Solo 1150 laptops running Windows 98 while trying to use AOL or JUNO. I have been unable to find any reference to the element winachsf.- jrstarling
