i can not be the only one complaining about the call timer not working for 2216.. just because call timer only works for key 0. not even the rollover number shows call timer on regular phones like 2616...
acd key can not be on key 0.. has to be on key 3... call timer only works for 0...
Using Genesys for call routing in combo with Meridian 2216 as the phone. How do you change the NCOS on the 2216 agent phone without effecting the call routing to that phone via Genesys?

We would like the CDR activated on our Meridian 1- succession 3... but i know we are using the port, i think for package C reporting. Is there a way we can dump the reports onto a computer used for maintenance with procomm on it? if yes, what are the steps we should be taking?

We use mainly 2216D for agents and 2616D for the team leads.the problem is system wide- for agents.. i can see the call timer on my 2616, on an ordinary call. What load is cdb on, any idea?

Any idea on how to set up a call timer for an acd phone.. we do not have full symposium, just basic acd package, with meridian 1 with succession 3..with Genesys 6.5
i tried using program button and activated call timer but it does not work.. what do i do?
