Try adding this to you /etc/system file, and do a reconfiguration boot. set rlim_fd_max=65534 set rlim_fd_cur=65534- selvakumarc

Servers sharing D1000.
Configuring a Cluster with D1000 is not recommended. But you can partition the D1000 as 2 and use it individually with 2 Hosts. The MAX Disks per Partition will be 6. For Clusturing you will need a A1000 with Dual COntrollers.- selvakumarc

Need Help connecting to A1000
What type of HOST is yours? If its SUN then, you can use Differential SCSI Card or UltraWide SCSI Card. Also for RAID Configuration and other disk related configuration you can use Raid Manager 6.22 ------- If you do know how to add disks to SUN boxes please proceed with that first before...- selvakumarc
