Did you load PrintServer110.exe into memory before you start WorPerfect? This should help with most print spooler problems.

Do you mean BE for Windows/NT or BE for Netware?
We use both, and with BE-9 for Netware we had the problem that the remote agent for NT/Win2000-Server did not install. So we installed the remote agent of BE-8.6 for Netware, and it works.
We had a similar problem with backup exec-8.6 in a Win2000 server environment: the media server has attached a dell powervault library via scsi, and some day the unattended backup did not start any more.

We had the same problem with BE8.6 on a W2K server. After updating all firmware and drivers, the problem still remained.
Then we freed up some capacity on the system drive C: of our backup server an DEFRAGMENTED this drive. From that the backup was fast.
