I have installed a local printer (two different machines have this problem) on a windows2000 machine. If I log on locally as administrator the printer works great but if I log on as user it goes to a network printer or does not print at all.
I am sure this is a security issue but not sure...
she is going thru her calendar and making an appointment. She is going to Attendee Availability, then goes to Invite Others. At that point she can see others users. It is not showing avail and unavail times past two months....hope this helps explain the problem

when we set up the out of office assistant, the return message in only going to internal users. How do I set up exchange so that external users receive the out-of-office message as well?
I need to set up conference rooms as resources and have a calendar available to all users. Does anyone know how I can do this? GroupWise made it very easy, but I have not figured this out in Exchange.
