CD-RW drive does not respond
We have had it for awhile. I checked the Device Manager, it says it's there and that its working properly. Tried to get a new driver, it wasn't needed. When we first turn the computer on and the dark screen is there, it shows only the original C drive. Does this mean anything? Sure would...- izzybee

CD-RW drive does not respond
I have a Phillips CD burner that will not respond. I use Easy CD creator, when I try to burn a CD it tell me to insert a CD with sufficient disk space. This is true with a brand new CD. Also, when I go to explore the drive it tells me that it is inaccessible. I do not believe it is the...- izzybee
