My computer has the DC-RW drive configured as Drive E. I don't know why I typed "W," unless I just missed the "E."
The CD burner works. I can copy any file in this computer.
I now have WinXP installed, not Windows 2000.

Does anyone know of a good backup program, with compression, that will write to a CDRW drive? I've got a 29GB hard drive, though I only want to pack up my personal files.

I already tried it, and it wouldn't install because of the RTFS, or something like that. The un-updatable thingy that comes with Windows 2000 Professional (5.0). I don';t know how to get around it.

I got a message from another site that the HP895Cse that comes as part of Windows 2000 will not print banners. Is there a way to work around this, or does Microsoft have a driver that will replace the driver, or whatever it is, that will not permit this?
