Thanks again guys. Everything is set back up. This thing really made a mess of any protection you tried to set up on your computer. Except for Hijack this, just about every AV or Trojan hunter would not work properly. We know what to look for now, hopefully we can help any others with this...

We were having the same problems on Windows NT 4.0 SP6A workstations. I installed the security patch which came back with the errors. Added the missing directory and log and restarted the machine and the patch had successfully installed.
