Yes, I physically removed the profile by right-clicking on the My Computer icon, properties, user profiles, delete. Where can I get s/w that will allow me to recover the deleted user profile. Did you use recover4all s/w to restore a user profile before? Thanks- Roukie007

Use Cleaning tape goes one after DLT was used once only and device was
I'm using Backup exec version 8.5 and lately I'm experiencing the problem where the "use cleaning cartridge" light goes on after I insert a DLT tape which I just used once before and after the DLT device was just cleaned. If anyone have experienced anything like this or know of a fix...- Roukie007
