    When I attempt to merge, it does not allow me to use the default "*" as the media name. If I make up a media name, it then requests me to mount that media.

    I don't think I'll have any problem formatting and erasing the media. It does give me the option to. My concern is restoring data from media that is now unrecognised.

    I was unable to stop an active job in ARCserveIT 6.6 on our NT server. I applied a patch from CA that did not work so in desperation I uninstalled ARCserveIT for workgroups and then reinstalled it. However now the media is unrecognised. I do not have the option to catalog the media. Why would...
