I am unable to get my clients, 2 virtual Windows XP SP 2 machines, to apply
Group Policies I setup in the GPMC. When I attempt to troubleshoot the
problem with RSOP I get the following message:

I have a Window 2003 Server Enterprise Edition R2 setup as a DC on Virtual PC. I also have 2 Windows XP machines that I setup as PCs on this virtual domain.
As long as I setup them up as Local Only and configure a static IP on them they were able to join and communicate with the DC fine...
Actually, what's happening is Excel is closing without prompting the user to save. Example: User opens a new spreadsheet, types something into the spreadsheet, closes the window, and no prompt is displayed asking to save the changes.
I need this prompt to be "re-enabled". As a side note...
FYI - Found the solution! (Thank god for Microsoft Newsgroups.)
Simply go the the setup directory where MSDE is being setup from and in the setup.ini file just add the following line:
SETUP SAPWD="EnterPasswordHere"
Save the ini file the simply rerun the setup.exe. I tested it and it works...
