    Boot the system in safe mode and remove the antivirus from add/remove programs, and run regedt32.exe and remove all instance of SYMANTEC,SAV,NAVNT,VPC32,VP6,VIRUSPROTECT6 from the registry, restart the system nortmally and reinstall the antivirus in different drive. Yunus
