In MS Outlook, in the address book-->Properties of the user, and then there is no Send option!!!!

Hello im desperate to solve this prob, infact i have to, i suppose to send mail using microsoft outlook (NOT outlook expres), while composing the mail, html tags should be use, but when the receiver view the mail it should be like normal html page, instead of showing html tags..... Now this...
