GiPo Utilities has an excellent utility "Move On Boot".
It is accessed by right clicking your file--properties--GiPo tab. Just follow the prompts. Removes files quickly.

Go to Start--Settings--Control Panel--Power Options--APM--click on advanced power management support.
I had the same problem and it worked.

Hey erixire,
Click on the bottom of the window and drag to below it. This will scroll the window. You can bring it back by reversing and going to the top of the window, click and drag. Just be careful not to click on a link.
