    Saving Outlook Web Email to Disk

    You could just set up private folders on your PC and move the email from your inbox to the private folders. That way Exchange will no longer be the caretaker of the messages. You could also do an export to a local .PST file to archive the messages, then delete them in Outlook.

    PcAnywhere 10.5 Remote Access

    By default, PCA 10.5 uses port 5000 and 5001 for the connection between remote and host. Do you have those ports open in the firewall? You can change the port numbers to whatever you want, but the firewall is probably blocking the connection from your home to the office.
