Table Growth On Local Network
Jeremy Thanks for the help but problem was hardware not software. Some systems were OK other were slow. Slow pcs were those left running for days and Windows 98 develops problems under this condition. Rebooting solved problem with response time- Oldman59

Table Growth On Local Network
Currently using internal database to reocord time in small plant enviroment on local network. Each day the file grows 2+ Meg and slows down more and more. Go into tools and compacting restores system response time for useres. Is this growth to be expected? How can it be stopped?- Oldman59
