Thanks Simon, Yes both are using msaccess.exe, can't tell by exe file or version. Access (Full) also not display in add/remove program.

Thanks in advance for your input. We have Windows 2003, 11.5, Sharepoint agent, backup is fine except this error: AE9921 Failed to connect to SharePoint index servers. Follow the knowledge base from CA-Document ID:TEC403876, but no success... Any idea? Thanks, Den

Wondering after you did your modification, did you click on "Start" icon on top, then OK security setting, then another page popup where you can do your preflight check and stuff...OK that to confirm repackage the backup job. I did those and no problem. Den
