    MerMail Auto Attendant Outdialing

OK, I'll give it a try. This does make sense, since I tried using a local number (in the same exchange as the switch) and it worked correctly. I do have 2 PRI's, so I can set up a route on the 2nd PRI with the change in NCOS and hopefully everyone will be happy. Thanks!

    MerMail Auto Attendant Outdialing

I set up an ACD as you suggested. Works fine for internal, but from external, I do get the all trunks busy message. All our CO lines are PRI, with an NCOS of 0. I don't think supervision applies to these (and aren't listed on the TN print)

    MerMail Auto Attendant Outdialing

I have an auto attendant set up on Mermail which works fine. Now, the powers that be want sales calls sent to a different location. When I change the Calling Number for the CL entry for sales, and call the AA from an internal phone, it works fine. However, when an outside call comes in and...

    Never mind, I found it -- it's IDLE_SET_DISPLAY in LD 17

    M3904 & M305 Display

We recently moved into an office with an existing Option 11C. Got all the phones programmed, and they work fine. However, all the 3904's and 3905's display 'XYZ Systems' on the line under the time/date. This is the previous owner. I have no idea where this is being set, but I'd like to...
