What order of fields is the data being recieved as?
It sounds as if you have looping CLD record and a looping REF record instead of a looping group with a CLD and a REF record.

This can be caused by not setting up the system import map and it's file path in the System Configuration box.
In other words, you have to tell Gentran where you will be importing from and what system import map it will be using.
