Hello all,
I know we can use "*67" with Bell Canada to hide your CLI on outgoing calls.
What is the * code we can use on Centrex lines?
The "*67" is note working on it
Thanks
Rap.
Hi!
We have tried to restore a Edge 1000 with a BCM 200 Backup.
The version 3.6 was on these two BCM's.
Now the Edge 1000 don't start.
We have put the Ghost of the HD we have taked before and we get the same result.
Maybe the MSC cards are corrupted...
Any ideas????
Can I disable a port on CallPilot 100?
We can connect only 1 port to the CICS (only 1 port available).
Sometimes the CallPilot freeze and stop to answer any external or internal call and no more available from network on Ethernet port.
Can it be caused by the port #2 ????
Let me know...
Yes you can.
Just create a mailbox for the attendant of this group and set Call forward no answer to the number of ring you want and the call will be answered by this mailbox... and if you want you can assign a different DN attendant for this mailbox if the customer dial zero at the message...
We can have a dial tone with MICS version 6.1 but can we have it in BCM 3.6 ???
When i dial 9 to access the trunk group, i don't have any tone....
I was thinking we will get it with the new 3.6...
Some news about it?
Rapetou
I have buy a new notebook this week.
I have installed Win XP PRO first on a partition and i'm tryng to install RedHat 9 on the second one.
When I boot from the CD, I start the install in Graph or text mode and i get the same problem.
I get a blank screen after some seconds and HD and CD stop...
i still have the same problem ...
When i connect direct to the modem i have no problem
But sending email with a linux is ok.
I only have problem with Outlook with BEFSR11 (i have made 3 cold start and Default settings)
I can send you the result of the BCM ressource calculator by Email.
But with the information you have send, it seems to be a good config conditionnal to use 2/6 Split. If you use the 3/5 Split, you will missing a DS30 Loops ressource.
Let me know!!!
Good luck!
Bignorm,
Be sure you have a keycode activated for IP Trunk on your BCM.
Are you able to reach your BCM from the remote site for management? Make the test to verify if your packet routing is ok or just a Ping test.
When the Meridian said ''no spare channels'' check if there is an IP Channel...
Yes Jimhusted,
It was only an example, with routing you don't have to dial an # for the trunk group, the routing make the job for you so in this example we can forget the first digit (9) and the user will not have to know if he make an external or internal call the routing will detect for him...
