I've been successfully moving mail from my inbox to folders on a local PST. Recently, I find that it works less reliably. The message 'Cannot move items... they may already be moved, deleted, or access denied. I can access emails already in the pst folders and the current emails...

I have given access to a mailbox for a user. Four others can access the box. We are met with the message "unable to open folder" the user was added through mailbox rights in active directory. Is there anything else we can check to see what the problem is?

I appreciate your honesty. I own it and never recouped my investment. This is why I would like to see it do something for me before I move on. I understand that this sits on top of terminal services and allows remote users an enhanced experience with regard to applications...

Just went through the same thing with my Netfinty 5000 servers. Don't know if this is coincidental but the ServeRAID 7 CD would not work until a number of driver, BIOS and firmware upgrades were made. Also, please know that a mismatch of driver versions is likely to make a drive...

This option is appearing each time the machine is booting. One can boot to PXE, TCP/IP, Netware, etc. Can't figure out what has changed to make this happen. How can I stop it. Please advise.

I own a copy of websphere applicaton server 3.02. Aside from its website development capabilities, I am not sure what it does. The IBM website refers to e business solutions but does not specify. Where can I get some tangible examples of this software's prowess?
No... not under warranty but an interesting thing has happened. I placed one of the intended replacement drives back in the server. The light has been a solid green since last evening even though the ServeRAID says it is still defunct. I have installed the management process command line...

I've gone to ctrl I to search for a replace option/command. None was found. I've used three new replacement drives and they all go yellow. The documentation says that it could be the cable, backplane, etc. I'm willing to change the cable but what do I risk with playing with the...

I am going through a similar issue. I am using IBM ultrastart drives [RAID 5] in netfinity servers. The particular model is not on the approved list and I am getting "possible non branded" drives message. Is there anything one can do to make the yellow alerts go away? Please...

Much thanks for your efforts on my behalf. The IBM ServeRAID miniconfiguration and PCI info says: version 6.00.31. The RAID controller card is extremely old [3H] but it has been working well. I used a replacement drive out of the box. Continued guidance is truly appreciated.
Thanks for the reply. I have replaced the drive with a new identical drive. The light is still yellow. Wanted to know if there is anything that should be done to a new drive out of the box to rebuild itself in the RAID 5 configuration. Continued advice sought.
The diagnostic report for my five SCSI drives is that one is defunct[yellow light] and one is critical. I intend to replace the defunct drive. Will the critical drive affect a rebuild. Also, there is no indication of which drive is critical. How can this be determined?
I've read the hardware manual for the Netfinity 5000 and can find no meaningful information on how to implement the advanced management features. I see the serial connector but don't have specific infomration on what it connects to and what software/hardware is required. There is a reference...

I have IBM Netfinity 5000 servers with 5 SCSI drive each in RAID 5 Configurations. Hitachi, the manufacturer says the in order to use the drive fitness diagnostic software I must bring each drive up separately out of the configuration. They cannot tell me how this is done...
Greetings:
The "yellow lights" on my Netfinity 5000 drives are of major concern. I understand that this generally means that the drive is defunct but Hitachi, the manufacturer, recommends a drive fitness test. They say that each drive should be started outside of the RAID configuration...
The front light of the server blinks about twice per second. I am more interested in learning how to use the 'management port' on the rear of the machine as I am certain that it is not just turned off.
With this port one is supposed to be able to connect to the machine and get an event log...
