Have managed to connect and run some of my own reports, Woo Hoo, but now having trouble running hipath and remedy reports on the same machine.
It used to work, but i think i broke it when i ran a crystal patch.
anyone have any ideas. as I now have a machine for each type of reports...

If you have a value produced by this formula, you should be able to sort lowest to highest
you will need to highlight the filed in design view and select the GROUP SORT EXPERT
you can then select the grouping to decending or assending

Users are on win2k and running remedy client v5,
The users are not performing any actions in the effected remedy sessions when the shut down occurs, they are usually in their second remedy session when the first shuts down. ARs version is 5.1
