Thanks everyone for your help. After further research I have found that there is no router that will suit my needs. The Vigor is the closest one to what I need but they currently do not support my modem.

I use a DSL modem. My ISP reqires that my browser use a proxy so I can get a fast connection. My current cypher strength is 128 bit and I can browse the internet just fine, but when I try to go to a secured site it say's page note found.
