    Your solution sounds like it maybe the problem. However, the emails sometimes go through and it hasn't happen in about a three weeks or more. Do you have anymore suggestions? His .pst file is large

    Does the imported .pst's have its on Global Address or does it pull it off the exchange mail server or the user's.pab? The user received a new laptop. He imported his .psts to the laptop and then attempted to send mail. His mail goes to the send folder and sits. The problem is interminent...

    unable to send mail after importing .pst files into Outlook 2000. Running XP/2000 and Outlook when importing .psts Outlook doesn't send mail. The mail sits in the send folder. Problem is interminent.
