Thanks for the reply, I actually have plenty of memory 104 Mbytes and I am not using virtual memory. Would memory still be a problem- 12345cc

slow performance in file menu and typing
I have Appleworks 6.0.4 on OS 9.0 with a 6400/180. When typing in the wordprocessor the letters are very slow coming up on the screen and when I access the file menu the computer spins its wheels for a while. I understood this was a problem with 6.0, but that 6.03 and higher fixed this. Does...- 12345cc
