Pls Help one of my users has started having a problem holding personal settings , every time they log off or shut down , then log back on everything is gone under their settings , email , printers, internet access the Lot.

OK try the following
when you go the Export ensure select all the options from the address book to export even if you dont need them , check where you are exporting from and too. I have just sent it to the desk top and have now imported it back in Outlook.
If it keeps up mail again
Hi is OUtlook set to automatically send and recieve on opening , if so this could be cusing a problem and is it in the start up menu with anything else
HI Try renaming the file extention to something non standard then it will not be recognised.
I had the same issue here i usually just get the file renamed , i have seen the fix for the Registry file but as yet have not tried it.
will post somrthing up next week once i have had a go
