Thanks for the idea, but before I add any equipment to the customers desks I think there is a need to work on this further. If I use the speakerphones from phone to phone or to leave a message in voicemail the tramsmitter seems to be ok. it's only a problem when I'm on a c.o. line.

Customer wants to have live call answer with AA back-up. I have tried everything I know to no avail. With the QCC console I can't put the lines in DGC 771. It works fine in the "night mode" using DGC 771 with timed overflow to 770. Does anyone have any suggestions?
