Have a phone the when you call from outside you get one ring and then it goes straight to voicemail, but when you call for inside it rings at desk. Any help.

I have customer that has members that need DID's and voicemail boxes but do not need an extension on site. Can I program DID's to be directed directly to a Mbox without an extension attached to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, sorry. We have some prefixes that we do not want our uses to be able to dial without dialing a 10 digit number for ex: we want them to have to dial 1-276-555-1212 but not to be able to dial 555-1212. Hope this helps.

I am trying to find a way to add prefixes to the MICS switch so that the user will have to dial the area code with these prefixes. Any ideas? Thanks.

We share our phone system with another dept. Changes have been made to the system and no one will say who is doing the changes. Is there a way to give a different admin password to each dept. and/or to record when the password is used. Thanks for any help.

I am trying to find out a way to transfer a conference call. Say you setup a tow party conf call for your boss and then you need to transfer it to his office. If you hit trans/conf it cuts you off and leaves the other 2 parties connected to talk. Any help? = [smile]

jerryreeve, Not sure of the version of software checked retriction filter in effect and phone restrictions will check telephone DN's Yes I have tried a phone at the demark and it works fine.

Dtone, I have been working with the CO provider, they have taken the switch out of the loop and it works fine, when you try to call from a phone on the system you get the same problem.
