First questions you should ask yourself is wether : you want to run in mixed mode (NT 4.0 domain type) you want to run in native mode (A.D. installation) ...or maybe you just want it to be a member server. CM

W2K server comes with IIS 5.0 and in installed by default. Exchange comes apart. W2K Advanced server will give you clustering (up to 2 nodes), load balancing, upper RAM limit (8 GB), upper multi-processor limit (up to 8). Have a look by yourself on MS web site.

If you want better scripting tool than plain DOS command, you can use KIX32. Quite intuitive and easy to use. You can download it from www.kix32.com.

Hi, I am running Pathworks v5.0F and v6.0C servers (in same domain) and testing Windows 2000 Pro client. I cannot get my user account run the logon scripts, even though the authentication is performed properly. Somebody got through this before ?
