    Thanks for the info. I did look at all the springs and they all look the same. None of them look bent or damaged in anyway.

    Yes, this happens on continuous forms, feeding from the back. I took printer a part, checked all gears and they looked fine. I lubed the gears and the tractor feed while it was a part and so far it is working ok.

    I have a customer that has the above printer and when they first start printing, it will print just fine and all the print lines up in the boxes on the forms. Then after 5-6 pages go through, you will hear a clicking noise and then the print is no longer lined up. All the gears on the right side...
