    Yes. Currently there is a phone with the ext 3249 but I can make this ext available by changing the DN 3249 to some other ext. Then I wanted to change the ACDN 2249 to 3249. If I can't change the ACDN ID or ext, is there a way for 3249 to automatically goto 2249?

    I was told to create a ACDN with the ext of 2249 which I did. However it has been decided that they would like that ext to be the same as the department main ext. 3249. My questions is how can you change the ACD ext of 2249 to 3249.I would appreciate any help that I can get. Eve
