    Excel Locks on Saving

    You have a file named excel.pip on your machine. Typically in c:\program files\microsoft office\office . Rename it. Restart excel and a new one will be created by excel. This is a good standard excel fix. Cant hurt you. Excel will regenerste this file automatically.

    I have a HP 500x print server that is token ring. It has a utp slot to hook up to an ethernet cable. Can I hook this thing up to my 10baseT network hub and have the print server function...or am i screwed?

    The camera is viewed at the office with our web browser. Internet explorer 6. The camera plugs directly into the hub with a 150ft cable. Camera is a DLINK DCS-1000, This is not a wireless model. We cuurently set an ip address to it. 192.168.1.x.

    I have the same problem with my clients. Emailing the quotes back to you is a simple solution. Their are companies that will create forms for your website that your sales people can fill out via the internet with password protection.

    As long as the computer has a modem and a direct line PC ANywhere should work. I use a product called Fidalia over the net to support my clients..... but you need someone on the other end to type in a code to start the service
