Thank you 58sniper.
Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you all. It was the new version of AVG that was causing all incoming email to convert to plain text.
Help! I've fallen and I can't reach my beer.
That is a good point, and one I had not considered. When I checked my timesheet, I noticed that I had upgraded their AVG software to version 8 at around the same time this problem started.
I will need to investigate this further, and I will let you know what I find.

Do you happen to have Google Toolbar and/or Google Notifier installed? If so, remove them and see if that works.
I have seen this behavior a couple of times, and it was caused by a corrupt Google Toolbar installation. How it became corrupt I don't know.
You can reinstall Google Toolbar if...
Thanks for the reply 58sniper.
They are running Outlook 2002 (XP), and I have yet to find that particular setting in this version of Outlook.
Also, why would that affect everyone in the company at the same time?
I also checked some of their email through OWA, and found that the format change...
A small client of mine is running Exchange 2003 on SBS 2003. Recently, for no apparent reason, all incoming HTML email is coming in as Plain Text only.
I have done no upgrade or maintenance work on the server for a number of weeks now, and no one else has access to the server. So, I don't...
Thanks for your responses gentlemen, and my apologies for not getting back to you. I did manage to get a hold of a DBA on Monday the 18th, and he did the things that you guys mentioned.
Unfortunately, that did not resolve things. He also tried getting connected through svrmgrl, but could not...
Running Oracle 8.1.7 on Windows 2000 server.
I am a total newbie when it comes to Oracle, so I hope that someone in this forum can help me interpret some error messages I am getting, and hopefully point me in the right direction to get my application running again.
The error messages I am...
Well...No joy.
Several of the programs discovered the .PST file, but all of them reported it as being zero bytes.
Looks like I'm hooped.

Recently joined an XP Pro computer to a new domain. To clean up, I deleted all the old "unknown" profiles from the former domain. Big mistake. The Outlook .PST file of this user was in one of those "unknown" profiles on the C: drive. When I deleted the profile, it deleted their .PST file...

If by "running very slow" you mean there is a delay in receiving email, then that is a known problem with Outlook XP, Exchange, and Windows XP SP2.
You need to turn off the Windows XP SP2 firewall. That's the only work around that I have found with Outlook XP. This problem does not happen...
Is this an optical mouse?
If yes, an optical mouse does not work well with mousepads that have pictures or words on it, or translucent or transparent surfaces. Test by using mouse on plain white paper.
If no, then attach a different mouse to your computer, to see if the problem is with the...
Initially, I thought this might be a problem exclusive to Exchange 5.5, but I have recently upgraded to Exchange 2k3 with SP2.
Problem: Reminders for Appointments and Meeting Requests show up sometimes hours, and sometimes days late.
All computers are running Windows XP with SP2.
All computers...
Has no one seen this problem before?
Do you require more background information?
- PC's running Windows XP with SP2
- Running Office XP (no service packs)
Anyone?

Thanks SkreeM for the info.
After a bunch of searching the internet yesterday, I stumbled across an article that mentioned exactly what you are saying.
It puts me as great ease though having you confirm it.
Now, to take things one step further...
During this company merger and name change, I...
