Format the field you would like to highlight if it is a duplicate. On the border tab, click the conditional format icon next to the background color. your formula will look something like: if {Contact.Company} = previous({Contact.Company}) then crYellow else crNoColor Good luck, Kim- trublumiller

The easiest way is to sort by {visit.paid_id). Null values first. That way you will have a value in your last record. Kim- trublumiller

Creating a Custom Group
