After upgrading to BE 11d (from BE 9.1) the BE database could not updated. So BE installation did a new empty DB. I got all catalogs back but all media is placed under "imported media". Right now all media is unprotected! How can I get all media set configuration and association back?

Hi. Usually in newer versions of ARCserve the admin user is called caroot. And you change his password with ca_auth.exe (I not 100% sure of the exact file name). What version of ARCserve are you fighting with? /Andreas

You have to reinstall ARCserve 9 for NetWare to change the license :( It sounds bad, but just save the AS database and save you scheduled jobs and reinstall. Regards /Andreas
