It wouldn't install at all. I got an error message stating something about not being able to continue setup with anything greater than SP1. Do you still have the downloaded hotfix?- jasonbressler

I contacted Microsoft and got the hotfix, but it will not install on a Windows 2000 computer, or on any service pack greater than SP1. Have you heard of that before?- jasonbressler
