Through Group Policy (using TweakUI or Start/Run/gpedit.msc) you can tell the machine to not display any username in the logon dialog box if that would help. Both user name and password boxes are blank.
From the Group Policy editor go to Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security...
Thanks, to all who took the time to reply. I had a chance last evening and everything worked as I had wanted it to after making them lvmsg points instead of transfer points. I was aware of having to disable and save the tree but hadn't read the Leave Message section because I just wanted people...
I just re-read the manual and found that the lvmsg point transfers to a mailbox. Is this the answer to my question? Will the lvmsg point allow me to transfer to an INFO mailbox?

I wanted to change our CCR tree and simplify things. I had been asking callers to press * and then the info mailbox number but wanted to get away from that and simply make it a menu point transfer. We use info mailboxes because of the frequency that we have to change some of these messages...
The system is a Norstar 824 DR5. I forward extension 27 to ext 22 if busy or not answered. I would like *22 (voice mail) to answer if 22 is busy or no answer. When I call ext 27 it transfers to 22 okay but when the call is transferred to voice mail the main system mailbox (operator's) is the one...

I assume that paths 11 thru 18, 21 thru 28, etc, up to 81 thru 89...

I have greeting table 1 and ccr tree 1
These are the steps I took:
1. Disable the ccr tree
Note: Path 0 is "home menu" that callers hear immediately after the greeting (which I believe is...
This info helps a lot. Believe it or not the installer told me that it wasn't possible to have a menu path after path 0!
To clarify-- am I correct in assuming that another menu would be 21, 31, 41, etc? Is 211 possible? I would guess there is a limit, not that I would ever need that many...
I saw a recent thread regarding this issue but cannot find it now to see if it answers my question. On a Norstar 824 DR5 I see a Menu Point option (along with transfer, information etc) but can only see how you record the message in the point. How do you develop the point ie: point 0 (CCR Tree...
