Just bought a new HP USB Dat72 drive for the server and veritas does not see it. I've got the latest drivers with no luck. Its on a Windows 2000 SP4 server and windows finds it. Any suggestions??
Thanks.
The following is a example of emails delivered to the administrator account, several a day. I'm not sure how they are created. The recipients name are always accounts that don't exsist. Any ideas would be great. Thanks in advance.

Actually this afternoon another person that was ok last week had one returned from her too. I don't know if its because we still have active service from our old ISP and it was hitting on old MX records or what. Anyway, just a very strange one and it being working is the most important thing...
We have a Watchguard X500 and use SCM for content filtering. Nether would allow email through if it was BCC, so I'll wait for other posts too because I'm curious.
I was going to do something similar on our firewall or our content filter, but I found there is a problem when the valid address that is coming in as a BCC, it will block that email. Is there away around this?
I found the problem!! It was at the ISP. Apparently we would have had this problem to anyone we sent to that has service with Nuvox, which is who we switched to for the T1 and when the problem started. Apparently when they made the MX record changes, they left some entry in there which made it...
Here's what I have done so far.
I or anybody else the building can send email to this person successfully using their own account.
I have set up a brand new pc and she can not send to her with her login. Change the login and email account to someone else and the mail will be delievered fine...
Yes I can send ok on her machine under my profile. It appears I can send to this person ok using any other user profile.
Here is the undeliverable receipt. The pamf@mailcci.com is the sender I am having problems with.

I have one user on one machine that can not get a email sent to one specific email address. She gets a undeliverable reciept. All her other outgoing emails get delivered fine (all these are external email addresses). We all go through the same exchange 5.5 server. I can send to that same email...
I installed service patch 4 a year ago, but I am now trying to put a NDR hotpatch on and it says I'm at version 2650 instead 2653 (which it should be 2653). I'm thinking the service patch 4 did not install properly or completely, don't remember any errors messages. Does anyone know if its ok to...
I got a problem with some file downloads or email attachments arriving corrupted. I have determined with even the help of Microsoft that it happens when the Firewall service is running. At this point niether I or Microsoft has any idea why or what to do.
Anyone have this problem before?
Thanks.
All my workstations can not complete their windows updates. Stops responding at 0%. Its on all Win9X, W2K or XP machines. But the ISA server completes its updates fine. Any ideas? Just started happening last couple days. Nothing has changed on any machines.
Thanks.
I came in this morning and found over 10,000 emails queued in the Outbound waiting delivery in Internet Mail Service Queue. The destination host is our own external IP and the originator is only <>. After I deleted them it continues to created about 20 every 5 minutes. What is happening and how...
I found the following in my Web Proxy logs. I don't know what is going on. We us NAT and that IP is not a internal IP. Does anyone know whats happening? Can I do something to stop it? Its been going on for a few days.

Thanks.
I have a mix of 98/2000 and XP clients at this point. I will have to pass through the internet to get to the remote site. All the traffic coming in and out of here pass through my ISA server, so I don't know what ports I will need open at this point either.
Thanks for response.
I have a few users that want and think they need a instant messenging service for work with a remote site. I have been reluctant to use in the past. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments before we just go get MSN or something. I would like have as secure and controlled client as I can...
